Trump reverses himself on DACA showing once again foreigners have greater rights than American citizens

COMMIE CALIF. 9TH CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS RULES AGAINST TRUMP

9th Circuit Court of Appeals rules foreign nationals have more rights and protections than U.S. citizens. They rule against Trump’s national security travel ban, and deny the president his constitutionally delegated powers over our borders. I think that’s great, because they ruled on the politics and not constitutionality of the law. I think it will provoke a backlash across the country against liberals, and perhaps bring us just one more step closer to civil war. However, that a commie California court made this decision almost by definition places the ruling as politics, instead of an ajudication of the law. This is how identity politics leads to irreparable fissures that will end in civil unrest. I obviously think this Washington State ruling, that somehow has standing to represent foreign nationals, needs to be interpreted by the Supreme Court. However, it is a perfect example of globalist nonsense to bypass national sovereignty; to say that the president of the United States delegated such powers under the constitution does not have said powers. So under war time conditions when we might be at war with Iran, the president does not have the power to forbid Iranians from entering our country because they have greater standing than U.S. citizens. I just can’t wait to see how this plays out with the American people. A great ruling for the Alt-right that has argued the globalists are undermining the U.S. on purpose.
